* You may be too small to be safe. You may be the target of hostile takeover!
* Your business may become unviable. You grow, otherwise someone else definitely will! Market is growing anyway!
* Your strategic competitiveness may fizzle out!
* You will lose potential benefits from improvement!
* You will miss opportunities.
* You will lose momentum.
